Overcharged and refused a refund
I signed up through ManyPets as I've had great service with them and thought this affiliated company would match that.
Unfortunately, when I signed up with my two cats it was unclear that they had both been added to the subscription and once I'd completed the signup I had inadvertently added each of my two cats twice.
When I received my first box there were only two flea and tick treatments in there so I assumed someone had noticed this obvious error and fixed the subscription.
After my initial two months free for coming through ManyPets, my first charge which was for four treatments. I logged into the VetBox site and cancelled the extra subscription items and then reached out to support to refund the charge for four treatments but only receiving two.
I was told there is nothing they can do because I apparently have received four treatments. Absolute joke that I am penalised for their poor signup system AND being charged for something I was never sent. Very disappointing as ManyPets support has always been extremely good.
