The help line for the hub care was very heplful
The help line for the hub care was very helpful, although some of the procedure or next steps on the website wasn't clear on how to proceed.
There was several minute queue on the phone when calling and was reverted to the wrong person so had to wait another couple of minutes. Since I wasn't in some kind of emergency it wasn't too much of a put off.
Their recommended premiere consultant was very sympathetic and friendly. Definitely worth the 30 minute drive through the rain.
