Terrible Customer Support Experience: Three Years Without Resolution
I am thoroughly disappointed with the customer support from The Pokémon Company International. Over the past three years, I have been attempting to resolve an issue where I received a card in the wrong language in an Italian product pack. Following their instructions, I sent the defective card back for a replacement, but I have yet to receive any resolution.
Communication from their support team has been abysmal, characterized by long periods of silence and vague responses that never address the core problem. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no satisfactory solution provided, leaving me feeling neglected and frustrated.
This prolonged lack of effective support is unacceptable from such a renowned company. My trust in Pokémon's brand has been severely damaged by this experience. I urge The Pokémon Company International to improve their customer service and provide timely, concrete solutions to their customers.
