Amazon not worth it

they change a lot, Refund money get hold 5 to 7 days, they start chargring postal fees for refunds, they dont deliver next day any longer, they target you if you spend £30 or £50 we deliver next day, so whats the point paying for Amazon Prime? not worth paying for Amazon Prime any more service is gon down for 95%, 2-3 years ago I will order any item any price even lower £10 i got next day delivery, now you need to wait 3-4 days to get delivery<br>P.S Tumu is doing faster delivery then Amazon now

Great customer service

I use Amazon constantly; and have three different subscribe and save addresses for my grandchildren. Where I live it’s too far to any store. Every time I have had to contact customer service I receive only the kindest of responses; and the always solve my issues. I always receive my items( except once when they were lost) and always on my chosen Amazon day. For me; living in the mountains they are the best.
