We couldn’t go on our trip from Chicago…
We couldn’t go on our trip from Chicago on the California Zephyr then back to Chicago on the Southwest Chief due to a health issue. Amtrak would not refund ANY of our money or let us rebook. We were even willing to pay extra to rebook. We even had a drs note…didn’t matter. Terrible service. Things happen beyond a persons control.
