Please refrain from purchasing from this company due to their poor customer service. It takes an excessive amount of time to receive a response from their support team in China. I have owned their M21 Bike for over two years and it has been defective since the beginning. It had to be sent for repairs, which took a month to complete. I have had to purchase multiple M21 controllers and displays as they break down frequently. This situation has caused me great frustration. My most recent interaction with this company involves an order I placed on August 23rd for a controller and brakes totaling over £100, which has yet to arrive. I am currently working with PayPal to recover my funds from this dishonest company. I strongly advise against doing business with them.

Ordered a second battery which kept jumping out of the bike. Fiido claims that it’s not a production issue and refused to send me a different one and requested that I repaired the battery myself as everybody knows if I repair the battery I won’t be insured. my credit card company claimed I had to get an expert to agree that the battery was faulty.

As there is no such thing as an expert in electric bikes I’ve had to suck up the loss.


I could take Fiido to court, but that would be in China as the bike came from there.
