Best customer service I’ve ever encountered!
I recently reached out to wild over a faulty case on my deodorant, which had caused me to stop using as I couldn’t change the refill, not only didn’t wild email back quickly, the customer service team are ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!
They were apologetic, gave me tips to try and fix the problem which was with a first gen casing, and then when that didn’t work, sent me out a replacement straight away as an apology!
Honestly couldn’t recommend them enough, gone from liking the concept to singing their praises based on how well my small problem was dealt with.
Lifelong customer now!
