Customer Service at its BEST
I spoke with two different people at the Brookline, PA location; Jim O'Connor and Bernard. Both were GREAT customer-centric people and I think they would be people I would be comfortable being social with. The customer service was great. We talked about our families along the way, the appointment lasted about an hour and I didn't mind one bit, all the paperwork was completed and delivered to us to take with us and the check was cut. We got a wonderful deal on a car that I thought was going to cost us money to get rid of. I recommend this company and this location highly.
