Ordered lots of clothes to go on holiday thinking I could send them back. However, you have to request a return label. They took so long to get back to me I missed the return date, meaning I spent £400+ for a few items. Felt like it was purposeful as had messaged a few times previously and returned quickly, but I had to chase for a returns label. Would not recommend buying numerous outfits to try things on!

It’s almost impossible to get refund.
You have to request it via email, send proof of postage with tracking and then chase them every few days for your money back. Too much hassle and headache ! I purchased items in July, today is 11th September and i am still waiting for refund.
Will never use it again! Scam !
