I wrote a negative review on Trustpilot…told to contact them
I wrote a negative review on Trustpilot about a Wayfair purchase. They responded by asking me to contact them...by going to my Wayfair account ...I was unable to reach them through my account so I contacted them by phone. The rep told me that the warranty expired..I explained that Wayfair asked me to contact them...he said he knew nothing about Trustpilot ...asked to speak with a manager but told again..nothing they could do...What gives?
