I purchased a Delfast Ebike from here.. 19 months go by and my battery is dead.. it was only left sitting with a full charge for one month.. I’ve made several attempts to contact them about this issue and haven’t heard a word.. I see a lot of good reviews about good customer service.. But idk.. ??.. Did this place sell me a 7,000.00 ebike with an old battery and leave me in the lurch.. Perhaps....
