The worst customer service
The worst customer service i’ve ever had.
My scooter was supposed to be delivered on 9/20. It wasn’t. I reach out to TurboAnt saying I’m worried its lost, Then the tracking said it was “On a fedex vehicle” from 9/20-9/25. Both the Customer Service Rep and I confirm that it hast arrived yet and is in transit.
The Rep said just to wait, it would be delivered.
Then suddenly, 6 days later, the tracking updates to “Was Delivered on 9/20” even though we both confirmed it wasn’t. It was never delivered, and I believe lost by Fedex.
Such begins the longest and most frustrating series of back and forth emails where I’m begging for a refund and actually crying by the end.
My rep says it’ll take 60 says for them to look into it. Taking things into my own hands, I get proof from Fedex there was no photos taken of delivery, I get a letter form fedex corporate saying they can't prove it was delivered, I video me on call with fedex where they confirm theres no proof of delivery.
I provide it all to my TurboAnt Rep. They say they can’t provide a full refund, only 100 out of the 500 I spent. They say it should be fredex that will refund me the rest, since I “filed a claim with fedex” but I didn’t file a claim. I neverr filed a claim with fedex and only the shipper can file a claim, which TurboAnt didnt. I confirmed all this with fedex, but my TurboAnt rep just repeats everything to me again.
We argue back and forth more. Its still an ongoing battle to this day 10/7.
This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I never write reviews like this but I’m so hurt by this company. i can only warn everyone to stay away from them. They do not care about their customers. They only care about money.
