After sale team was really nice and helpful when checking when my bike would be dispatched and delivered, grate care was taken on packaging my bike and all the other items I ordered. Good overall experience with dealing with Tredz for a C2W purchase. I even asked if they could fit some mudguards for the winter bike which they done at the build stage which was excellent.
However, they do seem to be a little more expensive compared to other bike shops but once you include the 15% surcharge other companies add on for the Halfords C2W scheme then it’s not to dissimilar.
This year I’ve also noticed that you could add on a further £100 like previous years but that may be to do with the industry feeling the pinch.
