Excellent store, excellent products and excellent service.

I didn’t know what I was looking for really but Lisa was really helpful even though it was her first day! She was really kind and honest and even interacted brilliantly with my 17 month old son. Service with a smile isn’t easily found many places but you’ll find it here. Special mention to the chap who I think may have been the store manager too - seemed very knowledgable and was great supporting his new staff.

Skopes Junc 32 great service on this occassion especially compared to a previous visit here and 1 at Junc28 store. Despite being busy with another customer Shellie went above and beyond both ensuring I got a suit that fit (I'd chosen one that was too big) she also went out of her way to get me a better price, as the items were all cheaper on the website than instore so she got the manger to price match saved me £30+. Highly recommend visiting this store and ensure you get served by Shellie if you want A1 service. (Maybe other store assistants should be trained by her)
