Led by Chris Ikeda, who has extensive culinary experience, including a decade of cooking in Hawaii with notable chefs like Alan Wong, Pau Hana aims to introduce Minnesotans to the rich and diverse culinary traditions of Hawaii.

HRC, a unique blend of flavors and techniques, has evolved from the diverse cultural influences of immigrants from Japan, Korea, China, the Philippines, Portugal, Puerto Rico, and the Pacific Islands. These influences, combined with the fresh, local ingredients of Hawaii, such as tropical fruits and seafood, create a distinctive cuisine.

The menu at Pau Hana offers a variety of shareable small plates, salads, elevated entrees, and wood-fired pizzas, all showcasing the vibrant flavors of HRC. The restaurant also features a full bar with an extensive selection of rum and tequila, along with a cocktail menu inspired by beach cultures worldwide.

Additionally, Pau Hana is set to launch "Pau Hana Express," a takeout and quick-serve concept allowing guests to enjoy a taste of the islands at home. The name "Pau Hana," meaning "done with work," embodies the relaxed, carefree spirit of after-work gatherings on the islands, inviting guests to unwind and enjoy a moment of escape.
