Worse customer service I ever had.
I ordered a bike that was said to be delivered by Christmas and that didn't happen. I never got a call that there was a delay so I called to find out what happened. I was told that the bike I wanted was sold out and had to be re ordered. It would've been nice to get a call that that's what happened. So I was told then that I would get a call/email when the bike was in and going to be assembled. A week went by and no call/email and when I called I got a run around about where the bike was. In the end it was the worse communication and service that I ever had and made Christmas a little harder.
