Gem transaction not received
I did not receive the order - every time I try to contact customer support, they are saying the order is fulfilled on their end and I get screenshot that says "success" (when they bought the gems from the game company). This does not help me at all since I did not receive anything in-game.
The issue happened because on the day of the order my server moved. So now, I am asked to contact the game support...I tried to explain to them, that this is like giving Amazon money for a third party and I don't receive the item, that Amazon would not care about my order at all and just give me e-mail again and again - from which I have not received a reply for over a week (not even an automatic response). For almost 200€ I would love to be taken a little bit more serious.
Since then, I have changed providers and asked the new one, if they know about this issue (not receiving gems when the server moved). They said yes, and told me that they always contact the game provider in that case (basically all I am asking).
