Wrong part shipped - Not corrected

I ordered a UnderCover Armor Flex Hard Folding Tonneau Cover from Real truck. The cover was delivered on time. However the bulkhead seal they sent was too short. I contacted customer service. No one answered so I left a message. I also emailed them about the issue and included pictures. I received email saying they were opening a ticket. A couple of days later the sent another email saying they were closing the ticket. However they did not offer a solution my issue. Real truck did nothing to correct their shipping the wrong seal causing me to have to buy a seal from someone else.

AMP Research powered step rails

I ordered a pair of AMP Research powered side steps for my Jeep Wrangler from RealTruck.com. The OBD module was apparently bad, because the steps did not work. After troubleshooting, they determined the OBD module was bad and promised a replacement. Three weeks later, no replacement part has come. Customer service is a run-around. Nobody knows who I'm supposed to talk to for help. If you go to the AMP website, it is apparently owned by RealTruck? It's hard to tell. If AMP is owned by RealTruck, they do not communicate with each other, and the RealTruck rep did not know anything about the AMP Research products. Very, very hard to deal with. Now I'm noticing that the fit is not right on the driver's side - there is a 1" gap on the front and 2" on the rear. Buyer beware! You will get no service from RealTruck for the product they sell, and apparently own outright. Terrible service.
