I I can't believe the horrendous treatment I consistently receive from Priceline. Despite being a loyal VIP member, they continue to disappoint with their lack of customer service. Not only do they charge extra for luggage, but they also use deceptive tactics to lure customers in with cheap tickets. When you try to contact them, you're met with long hold times and rude customer service agents who are difficult to understand. And even when you escalate the issue to a manager, nothing gets resolved. It's clear that their low prices come at the expense of customer satisfaction.
