Buyer beware: they ship in non-refrigerated UPS trucks
Premier Champagne has a nice selection of quality champagne. My issue was in the shipping. They offer tracking of the product, which is appreciated. However, they use UPS, knowing full well that those trucks are not air-conditioned. If the champagne has been sitting in a 100° car all day, then it's ruined. I can pay for more expedited shipping, which still doesn't solve the problem of the UPS driver putting my order in the back of their truck at 6 AM and delivering it to me at 8 PM. This scenario happened to my order because I was able to track it. Even my dog food is delivered with an ice pack in it to maintain freshness. Premier Champagne is willing to take the champagne back, but I have to pay additional shipping to send it. The company responded to my email once after inquiring about their shipping practices and never responded again. Overall, this is poor customer service and very poor delivery of a fine product. It's a shame nobody cares about quality or the people they serve anymore.
