Poor Customer service
I ordered a costume from Oktoberfest Haus and when the order failed to arrive as stated on the tracking document I tried to call them. Unfortunately they don't care about their customers as they refuse to talk directly with you. They force you to have a computer chat. I wasted over 1/2 hour trying to get my delivery problem resolved and the chat person stopped communicating leaving me wait for over 15 minutes without a response. I work hard for my money and when an order does not arrive on time I expect a company to help resolve the issue. They simply don't care about their customers. My advice is WATCH OUT. Deal with a company at offers service after they take your money......
