Pretty happy overall
Pretty happy overall. The initial transaction with order processing was a bit slow, however once the the unit was ready for shipment the handling went rather smooth and quickly. Any question or concern I had regarding delivery time/date was answering quickly and in detail by a customer service rep. 2 weeks was my deadline from payment to delivery to have the unit on site for my sons birthday…they got it done in a week and a half with a holiday mixed in there mind you. I did find it a bit unfortunate that i could not pick the unit up personally via POV from their HQ as I happend to be traveling right through their area for work. However, I do understand their reasoning as every company does have their own list of SOPs. The unit itself (110 Hawk), absolutely awesome. My son loves it and is killin the trails on it.
