Good customer service. Product can be made better.
I bought two pairs using my insurance. The shopping experience is well designed and user friendly. Shipping took 3 days which is efficient. I end up returning one pair because the nose pads have bad plastic smell. The customer service is amazing. James (18409523) refunded the pair immediately and let me keep the pair as a back up one. Overall, it’s a good experience.
