Polite and friendly engineer came out today to install HIVE to the boiler and the wall thermostat too. He also explained to me how the app works. Very helpful. HIVE will make a massive difference as I'm disabled and heating will be adjusted from my phone app. Very impressed.

Costing us a fortune. Radiator valves regularly (every few days)offline. Reboot means having heating on max in whole house. Hive support unable to help. Valves also have regular problems which need attention. Temperature record is unrealistic because the recording is next to the radiator.
A complete waste of money AND costing us much more to try and heat house. This would be our 3rd winter of trying but we’re cutting our losses and binning all the valves.
