20th Century guy living in the 21st Century
I still have a flip phone so am unable to take advantage of the 20% disct being offered thru the app. I dont even know what an app is. I tried using my wifes I-15 phone to place an order and after 30 minutes just crashed and burned. I left a message for a service rep to call me to assist in my saga. I received a call from Daniel located in Miami who immediately tried to talk us thru the process the next morning. After another 30 minutes of trying we still were unable to get this order along with disct. placed. I have to give Daniel kudos for having the patience of a saint in his help. He did not give up and eventually got my order placed. After numerous error messages Daniel told us that he would look into this and call back. Daniel called back approx 10 minutes later with error message resolved. Goldbelly is truly blessed to have such a bright, energetic and competent person in your employ. I just wanted to have Daniel recognized for the wonderful and helpful person that he is. Without him I never would have placed this order.
