Great Customer Service
I opened a virtual office and initially had issues with the notary process. It was frustrating at first, but Akiko Scheib was my customer service contact, and she was great! Answered all my questions faster than expected and helped me with another option to make sure I was able to get my ID notarized. Now everything is set up and I'm good to go!
