Love my ring from 10 years ago but quality and customer service sucks today!
I have several Carbon6 rings and love them. However this ring order was very frustrating. It took a month for me to get my wide carbon fiber ring and the ring I got was defective or unfinished (it did not have the beveled edge, which is a signature of the wide ring). I sent an email to customer support and after not getting a response for over 2 days I sent a follow up and still no response and it has now been a week since my first email and 3 days since my second.
