Recent experience with dual boiler expresso repair
Breville’s off-shoring of customer service has been a disaster for me.
Gaps in a coherent question and response, failure to comprehend conversation have complicated and delayed quotation for repair.
When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told that supervisors are not available to speak by phone directly.
I’ve been without my dual boiler expresso machine for 2 weeks and keep chasing customer service to get a quote and a link for payment that works.
Gone are the days where you could speak to people who sit at repair shop and can provide timely answers.
After investing in a kitchen full of Breville appliances I chose not to buy their toaster oven on Amazon Prime Days.
It’s looking a lot like I may have to look at other manufacturers to replace my expresso machine.
