Making a green tea with a Belleek Living Mug when the handle broke away - caught me by shock & surprise - with scalding hot water spilling all over the place. While an individual in any company may be adverse to feedback through altruistic intent - doesn't suggest the team is blinded to corrective action too. Safety should always be 1st in everyone's thought process, and my tenacity was rewarded with a telephone call - old style charm fused with an appreciation and thankfulness of bringing my near miss to Belleek's attention.
