I really like this company and their products. You can certainly save money when you do a subscription. My biggest problem with them is their point system. Customer service has tried to help, but it still seems completely off and it never ends up being correct. A lady named Jennifer has been trying to help me but after spending hundreds of dollars and finally her telling me I have 421 points after my last purchase and going to use those points three months later on a purchase and I’m told I have 34 points. WHY? They don’t expire I earned them by spending money, why shouldn’t I have them to be able to use to save a little bit of money especially when the products aren’t that cheap to begin with? I went ahead and made a purchase anyway, even though the points were completely incorrect and even after the $117 purchase, I still had the same amount of points. Granite this has nothing to do with their products, but it’s certainly frustrating. It makes One? feel a bit duped.
