Kathy Yeh

When she was young, Kathy Yeh moved her family from Taiwan to the United States to give herself and her family the opportunity for a better life. After working in the restaurant industry for several years she was able to save up enough money to open up a restaurant of her own. In 1985 she opened Asia Garden, and almost thirty years later, Kathy is still the hardest working person you will find at the restaurant.

Eddie Yeh

Eddie, the son of Kathy Yeh, was born in Taiwan but has pretty much grown up as a native of Jackson, Tennessee. As a standout football player at Jackson-Central Merry High School (JCM), Eddie took advantage of the opportunity to play college football & graduated from Sewanee University near Chattanooga, TN. After college, he decided to move back and help his mother grow her business into the well known restaurant it is today.

Alfredo – Sushi Chef

As the Premier Sushi Chef, he has developed a multitude of Sushi Rolls that Jackson residents have come to enjoy over the past years. With over 15 years of experience, Alfredo’s passion, creativity, and attention to detail can be seen through the wonderful works of art he creates for each one of his customers.
