Acknowledgement of returned item
I returned a coat a week ago today, contacted the company to confirm receipt, but they're not acknowledging receipt, just the return process has been initiated and the refund process will start on receipt. I've contacted their online customer service, just a standard nondescript response, tried their online chat same, tried phoning - automated service I just want acknowledgement of receipt and refund! Thank God I have POD!
