1 bad experience out of 2
This was my second set of shutters, i was really impressed with the 1st set & the fit however when the 2nd set arrived they didn't fit. The fitter still fit them until there was a solution but we were left with gaps around the tops and sides letting light in which meant I had to sleep with a blindfold for over 6 weeks until the were rectified. I did complain and was told I would be given a partial refund
as compensation if happy with the rectification.
