Still using Evri, no deliveries or email response
I've placed 5 orders with Sephora this last week, spending hundreds of pounds. 2 should have been delivered Thursday but still haven't been and the tracking hasn't moved since Thursday morning. I have emailed Sephora about this as you can no longer contact them by phone and nobody has bothered responding. I have my own customers waiting for some of these items which I should have posted Friday and despite the hugely incompetent track record of Evri, Sephora continue to use this courier.
Could someone please get back to me with some urgency to tell me when I can expect Thursdays deliveries or otherwise refund me?
