Dreadful Customer Service
I had a similar experience as others who have reviewed - items not delivered, blaming post office for misplacing items, confirming they will credit and then not doing so. Dreadful customer service which is only by email. I had to advise them that I was putting the payment into dispute with my credit card provider to finally get my refund. Unfortunately I cannot recommend.
