I reported an incident to FlexCar and was instructed to return the vehicle immediately. I did. I was charged for damages and paid immediately. My privileges with FlexCar were cancelled and they kept my membership fee which had 11 months before expiration.I requested a return of membership fee pro rata. Answer was no since I did not notify FlexCar within 3 days of the charge. Apparently I did not remember the fine print in the agreement. From an accounting point of view FlexCar has not earned my membership fee or earned my respect as a customer. Please return my membership fee.
