App poor functionality
Recently downloaded app and bought master collection. App initially didn’t recognize I had paid for full access so was trying to get me to pay again. Emailed CS and got a semi prompt reply asking me to delete app, reinstall which did the trick. Haven’t had a chance to use it for a week - logging back in tonight, yet again no access to anything I’ve paid for and having to wait for someone at CS to resolve my issue via email.
The whole idea about the app is making it user friendly- easy to use. Take some tips from Zoe for example.
Not impressed if every time I need access I need to request it via customer services
