They get you in with a great sales pitch and promise a one year full warranty on regular blinds and a five year on an automatic blind. Then a lifetime warranty on the product. LIARS….my blind is broken after 10 months and spending almost $2000 they refuse to come and fix the blind. The Manager at the RT 18 stores in NJ was nasty and headquarters do not want to hear anything. Sorry I ever did business with them!
You are asking for more information which I sent you my order number. I have been going back and forth for a week now and nothing has been done by Blinds to Go. This is a real review NOT a BOT.

Steer clear of Blinds To Go!

We bought blinds four years ago. The material of the blind in my son’s room started to peel apart, and in spite of the fact they advertise a “lifetime” warranty, Blinds to Go would not repair the blind. Apparently blinds that are in direct sunlight are not guaranteed. Good grief! That’s the whole purpose of a blind - to block sunlight!!!
