Suspect Batelle has gone bust
I suspect this company has gone bust. I have been trying to obtain a refund for over 18 months and having just sent an email to all of the people I had been communicating with (Didi Mihal, Amy Evans Towers, Casey Miller-Hart and Emily Haslett) and all the email addresses are non operational. I would STRONGLY advise against making any payments to this company.
