Excellent customer service and great quality!

I originally entered my prescription incorrectly when placing my order. I emailed customer service and they quickly responded and helped me fix it before the lenses were made.

I ordered three pairs of glasses with different types of lenses (far sighted, readers and transitions lenses) and they all turned out perfectly! I’m happier with these glasses than the $1,200 designer pair that I bought from a local shop. I’m excited to order more now that I know they are legitimate and great quality.

They are huge

They are huge, like more than half the size of my face. Granted I have a smallish head/face and definitely my fault on account of not using the virtual try on tool. Don’t be me, try before you buy. Other than personal preference on the size, everything else was great. Super easy to order, very good material quality to value ratio, and decent shipping time (10 days from order confirmation w/standard shipping).
