False Refund Promise
YourMechanic.com failed to transfer and read my note instructing them that my key was in the visor over the drivers side. The mechanic not receiving this instruction tried contacting me while I was at work and couldn't answer the call. They canceled the appointment and charged me a $150 cancellation fee.

I spoke to a representative that found that note and clearly said a refund would be issued. He claimed it would take 7-10 business days for the refund to show up. That was on August the 27th 2024. I called back again on September the 24th asking why I hadn't received that refund. That representative said it was still under review and had been escalated.

I asked to speak with a supervisor and was placed on hold for several minutes. He then came back and said no supervisor was available. I will hand this case over to my attorney's and make sure this experience goes viral to alert others of their criminal and unethical business tactics.
