Zero Follow Through
I placed an order on August 6th totaling $4500.00 and was told my order would likely ship in 2 weeks. I received only one email confirming my order. Two weeks later I called to check in to see if my order had shipped yet and was told they were supposed to ship that day and to expect it the next week. The next week came and I still received no shipping confirmation or tracking info, so I called again. This time I was told that half my order was out of stock. When were they going to notify me of this?! Meanwhile I’ve already paid for the entire order and they can’t even tell me when it will be here. Now, it has been a month and I still haven’t received any part of my order, no follow up email, but they still have my money. Incredibly dissatisfied with the communication, customer service and follow through of this company. Like so many others, they shouldn’t charge you until the product actually ships.
