wickes update
Regarding a recent review on the 1st September of our experience with our fitted kitchen by Wickes. We have a problem with a corner vegetable cupboard being open to a back wall that should have been blocked off on installation. This resulted in a rodent infestation in the drawers.
Wickes said they would reply in 48hrs, the only reply we got was an electronic survey which was completed straight away. Forward 2 weeks and another generic survey has been sent, no contact from a human being and no resolve of the problem. We are reluctant to even go in the kitchen at the moment. This is a health hazard and should have been addressed as soon as Wickes were advised of the problem.
