Summary: Quick customer service with prompt responses, the poster is gorgeous and high quality
Before I placed an order, I emailed them a picture of my dog to ask if it would be a good one to use. They emailed me back within the next day to confirm it. I placed an order on May 15 and I received my poster on June 5 (21 days total). I love it!
I'm surprised by the number of negative reviews, but I also think that people tend to write reviews more often for when they feel wronged, rather than when they like a product.
If I have more pets in the future, I would be sure to return to get another pet portrait done from West and Willow.
