Changed from one star to five star.
They reached out based on the email I sent them (not my original review here) to understand what happened and assist. They discovered the cause of the multiple pending charges (not caused by we sell mats).
Placed an order (not using PayPal). Order was shipped promptly.
I don't care for theshop.com platform. I've had many problems purchasing from places that use it. We sell Mats is an exception in my book, they do a great job, and the product seems very good.
