Wasted an extra 10 minutes in Waitrose this evening just trying to buy a dozen items because some management fool decided to move absolutely everything to a different place, for what? Because their model predicts sales will go up 0.1% if they make me walk by things I'd normally ignore? Infuriating. Waitrose's brand reputation takes a dive. Decided not to shop there for a month at least.
