4 months waiting on contacts?! Why?
I ordered 3 pairs of contacts back on April 4th....I contacted the support email numerous times for an update on when my contacts would arriving. They only responded once in May that they were having delays in orders.. so in June I contacted them. Early July and just a couple days ago for an update on their arrival. They quickly took my payment but can't respond to my emails...horrible customer service and now their website is down so I have a feeling they won't be fulfilling my order anytime soon or returning my money...I've ordered from them twice before and had no problem just had to wait 4 to 6 weeks to get my stuff but 4 months is unacceptable...
