SLIGHT GLITCH
AS USUAL YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONAL ARE GREAT. NO LONG HOLD TIMES, THEY ALL SPEAK ENGLISH AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE SYSTEM HAD THE GLITCH WHICH I UNDERSTAND BUT IN ATTEMPTING TO MAKE CORRECTIONS I WAS ASKED TO FILL OUT A FORM.. SOMEONE NEEDS TO REVIEW THE FORM FOR EASE OF USE AND TAKE THE PROBLEMS OUT OF IT, YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP HAD TO MAKE A MANUAL CORRETIONS AS THE FORM WOULD NOT LET ME CONTIUE>
