I had some custom mugs made for people for christmas, using designs I had put together in photoshop. I used their templates, but the designs still didn't fit properly on the mugs, so I had to go back and adjust multiple times. Then, when I ordered, the preview on their site looked amazing. What I got was... well, it looked like something from an old, old inkjet printer. The DPI was terrible. I mean, really, really bad. You could see the individual ink droplets, in their separate colors. Plus, I paid extra to have the insides and handles of the mugs colored to match the designs. Not only did I end up getting a mug that had entirely the wrong color, but the handles all have huge gaps between where the handle connects to the mug and where the color starts. It doesn't look good at all. Thankfully, I started the process well in advance, or the ridiculous processing and shipping times would have made me miss the Christmas deadline entirely. My order was confirmed on November 21st. I finally got my products on December 5th, a full 2 weeks later.

If you are looking for a really poor service and bad design use these guys.
I work in customer experience and this is the poorest service I have ever had from any company.
They can't even be bothered to fix the problem and have told me they won't fix it.
Today they had a problem with taking their monthly fee which I detest paying and took the website down without calling me and this website is to help Children's charities.

We also bought one of their banners to go with the website and they don't even stand up properly. Their products and service is completely rubbish and my team and I are very disappointed with Vista Print.
