Never use ViaGoGo... ever - Awful service, costs and communciation
I bought football/soccer tickets to see Juventus v Roma, 22.04.12.
The payment process was simple enough and the email confirmations were sent, a standard practice when buying on-line. This is the only place no trouble occurred.
First they stated they "upgraded" my seat. At the time, I welcomed this; once actually there I was in the highest seat and further row back. Now that this was changed, they stated the ticket had to be picked up by myself, in person. This email was sent 2 days before the event. I replied stating there was enough time to deliver the ticket, as I was at the other end of the city. This was "no problem" and it had "been amended" they replied. I received an email, day of the event, detailing the delivery change but also detailing "Pickup Instructions" (HUH???).
I tried ringing them to no avail as the office was 'closed all day'. I had to go to the office (which was open), while a friend rang, and after all of this charged an extra £33 for "HANDLING FEES". After complaining about the inexcusable fee, I was directed to the payment department who sent me £13... nowhere near the full amount and when I complained about THIS they simply didn't respond and I have had no communication since (a further email on complaining). It would appear they keep as quiet as possible when any reimbursement is involved Yet, they're happy to reply when changing your details and arrangements.
After all that, I was told by a friend in Turin, tickets are from 60 Euro upwards.. not the 138 I paid (after £13 paid back).
I'll never use them again.
